Returns & Exchanges

At Wildling, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty ritual. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges on unopened or gently used products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original boxes and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the shipping container.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
